APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

*Credit Card is required to reserve ALL Spa Appointments. Advance bookings will be contacted prior- for their Credit Card details to secure the booking.

*Cancellations;  we understand you may need to change your appointment. We just ask you to give us 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours or no-shows will incur 100% cancellation fee. With no exceptions.

*Public holidays 10% surcharge. No Gift Vouchers to be used on Public Holidays.
